Payment & Returns Policy

Payment

Secure payment will be made through Sage Pay using UK or International credit or debit cards. All payments debited from your account will show as Sage Pay and not Kids' Footprints and will be debited in Pounds Sterling.

When you have successfully placed an order you will receive a confirmation receipt from Kids' Footprints as well as a confirmation email from Sage Pay confirming your payment. If you do not receive any such receipts, please contact us.

If you prefer, you can place your order and pay over the phone by calling our shop on 01268 285059. Our shop is open Tuesday - Sunday from 10am until 5pm.

Customer Satisfaction

We are sure that you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase(s) from Kids' Footprints, however for your peace of mind, we offer a full money-back guarantee on all non-personalised items. Simply contact a member of our Customer Service team by phone or email, to notify us that you would like to return your order within 7 days of it being received. When returning any non-personalised item(s) please ensure they are in their original condition and in their original packaging before returning such items to us at the returns address below.

It is advisable to return all items using a 'sign for' service, as Kids' Footprints will not be held responsible for any losses.

Cancellations

Cancellations for non-personalised items can be made at any time prior to their dispatch. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed*.

Refunds

Full refunds will be given for non-personalised orders for which we have received sufficient cancellation notice. For personalised/bespoke orders, refunds will not be given unless delivery exceeds 28 days or if the goods are damaged in transit.

Customer Obligation

Upon receipt, please check your items carefully before signing for them and if your item(s) are sent as gifts, we ask you to also inform the recipient of their obligation.

Clocks

All clocks are supplied with a regulated Quartz mechanism. Due to the mechanical nature of these products, should you experience any problems with the mechanism, we will replace any faulty clock returned to us within 6 months of the purchase date. Please notify us before returning any items, via a 'signed for' service.

Please note that personalised items include our name & message plaques; personalised canvas art and all letter art.
