Standard Delivery Times

All our products are made to order, however we aim to dispatch your items to you within 7 days of receiving cleared funds, however please allow up to 14 days. If your order is required urgently, then please either email a member of the team via enquiries@kidsfootprints.co.uk or call us on 01268 285059, as we can often 'fast track' an order.

Should we anticipate that delivery of your items will exceed this (for personalised items or non-personalised products which are temporarily out of stock) we will contact you immediately to confirm the anticipated date of dispatch.

Delivery Method

All parcels that are sent to addresses within the UK are sent via Royal Mail's 'signed for' service.

Packaging

Each item is individually wrapped in a bubble envelope for protection and canvas items are packaged in reinforced gift boxes to help ensure your purchase(s) reach you in pristine condition.

Please check your items carefully before signing for them and if your item(s) are sent as gifts, we ask you to also inform the recipient of their obligation.

In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please contact kidsfootprints immediately.

Refunds

Unless an item is out of stock or dispatch exceeds 21 days, refunds cannot be given once an order has been placed.
